Description
Serve this classic combination as an after dinner drink for dinner parties, holidays, or just a Tuesday night! The frozen coffee slowly infuses into the Bailey’s for a delicious sipping sensation.
Ingredients

- 2 – 3 cups of brewed coffee, chilled, then frozen in a large cube silicon ice cube tray
- 1/2 cup of Bailey’s Irish Cream for each drink
Instructions
- Pour the chilled coffee into your large ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
- Place one large cube in each glass and pour approximately 1/2 cup of Bailey’s on top. You want the Bailey’s to go about half way up the coffee cube. Serve immediately and savor the drink as the coffee cube melts!
Notes
Store the leftover coffee cubes in the freezer for 3-6 months. They’re also great for regular iced coffees and smoothies!
