Everything bagel avocado egg toast! Your favorite bagel seasoning is the ultimate upgrade for your avocado toast addiction.
Ingredients

- whole wheat English muffin or your favorite multigrain toast
- 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 of a ripe avocado, sliced
- kosher salt
- lemon or lime wedge
- 1 hard boiled egg, sliced
- 1–2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Have all ingredients prepped and ready to use so you can quickly assemble your toast and eat it while it’s warm
- Toast your English muffin or bread.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the warm bread.
- Add the avocado and mash into the bread with a fork.
- Squeeze a little fresh lemon or lime juice on the avocado, then sprinkle with Kosher salt.
- Layer the sliced egg on top of the avocado.
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top and eat!
Notes
- Mayonnaise is optional, but delicious
- Make sure your bread choice is hearty enough to pick up easily once the toppings are on
