Frozen mango, chai protein powder and flaxseed make this mango chai protein smoothie as thick and sweet as a shake! Cinnamon and turmeric not only bring out the flavors of the chai, but are also full of healthy antioxidents.

- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 3 cups reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, or whatever kind of milk you like
- 2 scoops (about 3/4 cup) chai protein powder
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy your delicious (healthy!) smoothie.
Notes
If you use fresh mango, you can either cut it into chunks ahead of time and freeze, or use it fresh and add ice cubes to your blender.
