Description
Protein snack boxes with turkey and cheese are perfect for healthy, mix and match, on-the-go snacks or light lunches. To keep things interesting I also like to add different kinds of nuts and chocolate covered treats. After all, variety is the spice of life, and snacks!
Ingredients

- 2 cups diced smoked turkey (1/2 cup in each snack box)
- 1 1/3 cups diced cheese of your choice, I used pepperjack and cojack (1/3 cup in each snack box)
- 1 cup nuts, I used almonds and chili spiced cashews (1/4 cup in each snack box)
- 1 cup of dark chocolate covered nuts or blueberries (1/4 cup in each snack box)
Instructions
- Divide the ingredients evenly into 4 small covered containers.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Notes
If you don’t want to refrigerate the nuts, place them in a separate small container. I left mine all together in the fridge and didn’t have any problems, but I ate them quickly!
